Say What?
I have been a cake decorator for a while now...
and I am just now finding out there is a national holiday for cake decorating!
WOW!
Who knew? As you can tell, I didn't!
Anyway, besides the shock of such a thing,
I think it's kind of neat...
I'm not decorating a cake today, but I did work on cake pops yesterday!

to all of you out there who practice the art!
Take some time to reflect on your cake accomplishments,
or get in the kitchen and get baking!
