Icings 

• Buttercream or Fondant

We make our fondant fresh ourselves.  It is not the traditional fondant that many people dislike.  This fondant is sweet and many people like it.   
Fondant is perfect when you are trying to acquire a very smooth surface on the cake.  It achieves a very elegant and clean look.  It is also used at times to add detail to cakes that cannot be done with buttercream icing.  We do offer cakes that are iced with buttercream and have fondant accents.
